Blocked IP and serious emails i send

Below is the header details of blocked emails i send to a Hospital ? some one there is blocking the email IP with ? spamhaus , 2 different emails by the way

I highlighted your last error message in full and did a search and came up with this thread. Basically it says to have your isp do the unblocking. Contact your isp.

1 st email blockd was gmx.com
2nd email blocked was mail.com
it`s the IP of the Host = email that is being blocked not my ip

Without knowing the actual IP Address, I can't look up the reason why blocked.

However, go check on Spamhaus: https://check.spamhaus.org/

You can request them to review it, but they ban it for a reason. It can also depend on if that IP Address is shared with others - spamming or abusing it. If you have malware hijacking your email client and spamming out, etc. Various reasons.

Number 1 IP that was blocked is GMX.COM - Client Host 82.165.159.14
Number 2 IP that was blocked is MAIL.COM - Client Host 82.165.159.130
