OP, id saver some money, go with lower voltage stuff, like the 600 chips from nivida or even like a 12400 or sure the 1440's and the lower end vid cards. You can then save money and get a really nice 600-700w power supply,. Put some extra money into 32GB ram, and larger storage.
Then use that extra money to buy some nice games. All these games can be run on a 10 series CPU with a 1060 vid card with very nice results. So you might need to turn raytracing off if a game even has it, but still if you want it, those 4060 cards are pretty nice for 1/3 or even 1/4 the price.
also, so many games don't even support anything above 1080p anyway, at this point i find all that extra just a waste. When i can push 50-60-75 FPS on a 6+ year old system. Comps last so long these days, and the budget end of stuff is really rock solid that can hold you for a very long time.
