It's worth to inform yourself of all the options.
One of the primary problems is that everybody seems so Amazon focused.

That is not a recommendation but to provide perspective.
i would opt and spent a little more for a 16gig GPU , you are basicly putting a top am5 AMD CPU into a computer system with no ram and a bad graphics card.
some things to consider is also your Mother board, does it have Digital Audio output. or 7.1 speaker set up. what kinda cooling are you considering i am pretty sure a CPU like that is running over 100 watts
unless you are a high level gamer you do not need somethign that beefer.
also don't forget you need more then 32 gigs for a system like that.

I ended up in the pcpartpicker forums, i think the community there will help me put something together
Building yourself let you either save some good money or get a stronger PC.
Building a 60fps gaming PC based on 4070 and Ryzen 5600 can cost as little as $1000.
Or you can get a higher end 4070Ti Super with 7800x3D that is likely still cheaper than that prebuild from the first post.
Many folks are trying to buy a PC right now. But if you can wait a few weeks it might help. As everyone is going to be dumping all the RTX 4070, 4070 Ti and 4080 much cheaper to make room for the RTX 40 SUPER

32 gigs is plenty unless you’re running a build that needs extra RAM for some reason. You could probably squeak by with 16 if you really needed to. 64 is enthusiast territory at best and 128 is total overkill for even the most advanced setup unless you’re doing workstation stuff on it.
The GPU lacks for the price point, I agree.
And I find your “unless you are a high level gamer” statement strange because you’re casually recommending 128 gigs of ram for a standard gaming PC lol.
