amd adrenalin software says pro version instead of adrenalin

It's workstation graphics aimed for specific professional use.
Technically it's should be the same GPU as RX 500 and should have feature parity, so if you need gaming-centric driver, I think there should be a way to use it, but you have to figure out yourself. May be someone here knows the way.

i managed to uninstall it and when i try to get the adrenalin it only gives me the pro version instead of the adrenalin even tho u can use it with the adrenalin version

try to manually download RX 580 driver, via full package (> 500MB), not the 2MB auto installer.

There is nothing wrong using the pro version. Its (mostly) the same driver package.

I do not know, I never tried that and I never had that graphics adapter. But here are my thoughts, if you care:
Case 1) graphics driver does not install or install, but your graphics card do not work correctly. You fix this kind of issues by clean reinstall of the correct driver with the help of DDU and the safe mode.
Case 2) driver installs, display works as intended, but some features may not work correctly or be absent. This may happen with laptops, since they may ship customized drivers from Taiwan, which they works best with. You fix it the same way as case 1.
Case 3) theoretical, which I never have seen. The driver may ship with different GPU firmware, which may work differently and affect the driver performance and GPU heat, like: lower/higher power usage, temps, quieter/louder fans, different power profiles, different fan curves etc. Some features also may be preset or absent.

It's normal.
Adrenaline is for consumer GPUs while the Pro is for workstation GPUs
