..TP-Links (TP-Link TL-SG105). 5 Ports < 20 EUR.
..better NETGEARs (NETGEAR GS305). 5 Ports < 20 EUR
..consider about Zyxel (GS1200-5). 5 Ports < 20 EUR
..there are more expensive D-Links (D-Link DGS-105). 5 Ports. > 20 EUR
The professional and reliable Switches are from SOPHOS, Cisco and Linksys,
Hewlett-Packard also sells expensive managed and unmanaged ones..
I would go for Netgear or Linksys for home use anytime, they are pretty affordable and both brands are made in USA (Silicon Valley). If you can catch a cheap SOPHOS, get a SOPHOS!!
There is also at least a professional german company i currently forgot its name.. it is not Siemens, talking about Switches.. was it LANCOM?
I also recommend "at least" CAT.6 cables.. for being future-proof, better CAT.6a!

scroll down to:
Cat5, Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, Cat7, Cat7a vs Cat8 Comparison
There already exist CAT 8.x cables .. personally i would go for minimum CAT.6a
TP-Link TL-SG108 8 Port Gigabit = $19
https://www.amazon.com/Ethernet-Splitter-Optimization-Unmanaged-TL-SG108/dp/B00A121WN6/ref=sr_1_4
patch cables, get cat5e
cat6a or better for in walls
cat5e short cables will work at 2.5-10g speeds for short distance runs
over 20ft you will probably need 6a for 10g
If you need some POE for say a wireless access point or camera those same brands, the TP-Link TL-SG1008P specifically i have used, are great for the price around $60 USD. but only if youd find a use for POE
the poe lan ports inject 48v into the lan to power cams or other gear over the lan cable
those require the thicker gauge lan cables
passive poe, will just inject power killing whatever is attached that is not poe
active poe, will ask before applying power, the ports can be used for anything
and there are also 'smart' switches, that want to act like a wired router, not a switch
basically creating a subnet for devices connected to it, blocking access to other devices connected to the primary modem/router
Otherwise just look for a managed layer2 switch

I have a TP-Link. Works flawlessly.
Linksys is a subsidiary of Cisco branded for home use - that one linked is a 5 port gigabit switch for $29
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linksys
One of the brands I would always avoid is TP-link
i have never had any problems with their switches
the routers and nics on the other hand are often too cheap
