Win10 or Win11(without TPM)?
Win10 keeps bugging me to upgrade even though I have TPM set to Discrete(no module installed), since AMD seems to have stuttering issues with TPM enabled.

I got a new SSD and wanted to do a fresh Windows install and was wondering installing Win11 without TPM(using rufus) would work? Would Win11 updates re-enable TPM requirement in the OS?

Ryzen 5000 is 3+ years old now and ryzen 9000 will release in April. I will get ryzen 9000 or faster. but as i said he told me that he diddnt use Rufus he just downloaded that registry file and put it on the registry and then he downloaded windows 11 and installed it. Which of the two ways is better? Rufus or this registry file?
I would use Rufus. It bypasses the TPM check at installation and that seems to be the only hurdle you're trying to get over.

Doing a total upgrade is certainly an option, but I just wanted to mention an alternative option since you seemed to be mentioning total platform replacement as a barrier to your Windows 11 scenario. You don't need to do that at all, and I'd say the CPU upgrade alone would be far more cost effective. Year of release isn't everything. Zen 3 is only one generation behind, and the Zen 3 X3D models in particular are plus or minus matching AMD's latest Zen 4 generation (not counting those X3D models, of course). Of course Zen 5 will be that much faster though, yes. AM4 is literally the best platform in how much performance growth it offered and we'll probably never see anything like it again, and you're sitting on the very first generation, so it seems a waste to not consider. But I don't want to push the choice on you, and if you want more performance and are willing to spend for it, I wouldn't blame you. I'm eagerly awaiting the 9800X3D myself to replace my 5800X3D (definitely not a necessary change at all, but Minecraft will likely justify it for me).

Rumors were initially saying later this year for Zen 5 (9000 series) and early next for X3D which would basically match the two year gap from Zen 4 and the Zen 4 X3D, or there's a recent rumor now saying they might come early and release middle of this year the baseline 9000 series and later this year (when Intel launches Arrow Lake) for X3D launch.

Rumors are also suggesting there might not even be a new chipset series for these CPUs, which makes sense since they're not radically changing compared to Zen 4, but RAM support should tick up from 6,000 MHz to 6,400 MHz. And there should be a nice double digit IPC uplift even at the same clock speeds (which are expected to not go up much if at all).

What you do is create installation media with Rufus, then you run setup from within Windows if you want to keep everything.

Ok so should ido exactly? I will also need ot install it on the laptop of my mother that is from 2011. The reason it is so old is because she uses it just for internet she dont work she dont play games and she watches movies and series onlyo n tv because she dont like to watch them on pc due to how much smaller the pc monitors are compared to tv.

Ok so first go to microsoft site and downlaod windodws 11

Then downlaod and install rufus on my pc

Thern copy windows 11 from my pc to the usb

Then install it from the usb?

Right? Is that what should ido? And none of my programs, games, movies , series, texts, that ihave on my pc will be deleted? evrythign will work ok as it does now on 10? i will not need to reinstall anything?

Get Windows 11 in .iso format. Next, insert the USB and run Rufus. Double-check the USB drive you wish to format is selected, then select the .iso to copy to the USB. When you go to write the USB, there will be a dialog box to customize the installation. Make sure to check on the Remove requirement for 4GB+ RAM, Secure Boot and TPM 2.0. You might also want to check Remove requirement for an online Microsoft account if you are planning on a clean install and not an upgrade.

Ok i will do it sometime but ihavent decided when. What is worry is that there are some people who dont know yet that windows 0 support will end in 1,5 years. I was out with my friends on Saturday and when i talked about it to one of them he said that he diddnt even remeber that windows 11 released. Taht because not evryone is member on pc forums and read pc sites and read them weekly or daily like we do.
He then asked me: will it the computer soon show us a message who will say ''please upgrade me and install windows 11''?
And he is not the only one i am sure there are more people who dont know it because they dont read pc news. He for example, is from a poort family and has very old pc. He uses it for internet and also to watch movies and series and his parents use it for work with simple programs like word and excel. That why he goes to internet cafe to play games as that pc can not play current games not even low 1080p 30 fps. All these people will be surprised when one day they will open their pc and they will get a message that will say ''you can not aaceess the internet because you dont have windows 11'' or that their programs and games will stop working after a update like it happend with steam in January on windows 7(however most games since 2016 dont work on 7 anyway).
