It doesn't really matter. If you see videos showing that a GPU can run a more demanding game with good results, then old games like MGS and PD2 shouldn't be a problem. My FX6300 w/ GTX 960 had zero issues running those games very well @ 1080p/60
Make sure you get the latest GPU Driver from AMD as well.

Make sure you are using Win10 or 11, 64bit 22H2 or later.
Or a Linux distro that is good for gaming.
The only difference is the WX 2100 has slightly lower memory bandwidth compared to the RX 450 (48 GB/s on the WX and 96 GB/s on the 540) but that won't effect performance that much. It should be a good direct comparison for you.
It takes like 1 minute to go to the source website and download the latest drivers.
