From what?
And why?
After you have upgraded to Win10 with the way it all is on your system now, check Settings > Updates and then click on Activation and ensure it's activated via Digital License. Once this is done, backup anything you need off of C Drive (loose files). If you have Steam Games there you can copy to another Drive. If you had saved games from playing single player games on this system before, install app called GameSaveManager and run that and let it scan your drive for save slot files, then do a backup and select another drive to do the backup onto.
When done, ensure you don't need anything else off of C Drive. Then shutdown. Unhook all secondary drives. Connect juat the drive you want to install Win10 onto along with a freshly made Win10 22H2 USB Flash Drive.
Power on ans enter the bios.
Ensure that if you have Legacy vs UEFI BIOS options that you enable FULL UEFI MODE. Also make sure the SATA are set to AHCI MODE.
Save and Exit, then boot from USB
During the OS installer, select I do not have a product key, just ensure that you pick the correct OS edition as the one you just activated on the system before.
When you reach the drives screen, select each partition and click Delete. Until there is nothing left but a blank Drive 0. Then click it and click Next to have the USB inataller, format your drive and install the OS. When it reaches the first RESTART NOW screen, remove the usb drive and boot from your OS HDD/SSD and the install will continue and finish. Once connected Online again the Win10 will self activate since it's been done on that Motherboard before.
