So it basically comes between 4070 and 4080 with 4080 being more then twice the price.
If you use 1440p then 4070 Ti would be ok too but for 4K you should really look for 4080 or 4090.
$100 price difference between 3080 and 4070, with same performance.
4070Ti is 20-25% more powerful and costs 200-300$ more.
7900xt and 7900xtx will get you solid 4k gaming with FSR or RSR max settings no ray tracing. I use a 6900xt for that performance and the 7900xt is 15-25% better in performance.
