I have a AAHD3-VC motherboard and a Radeon HD 8470 2gb GPU. I am replacing GPU later on so is there any good graphics card to go well with this CPU or APU or something like a A10 7870k
they are all about the same, less than 10% performance diff between lowest and highest
any mid range gpu (r6 370+ or gtx x60+) will be held back by the apus cpu
well i was thinking about AMD A10 7870k with MSI r9 390 8gb or would that bottleneck
also what about anything other than A10
ive checked and the cpu is supported. what graphics card would work then?
cant you overclock on any board?
just get a r9 380 and a skylake i3 board and ram
you will be much better off

i dont really want to mess with the motherboard i just want to see whats best for the one ive got
could it mange anything in the r9 series
A r9 390 might not even fit in your case much less the PSU having 6&8 pin connector and power to run it.
Others might be able to give advise to what GPU is best for your currant set up.
they've stopped selling the pc I have but the case is Acer TC-105

If that is it he'll need a new psu whatever he does ^ it says it has a 200w psu.
I vote in the r9 380x and a new good quality 600w-650w psu. The 390 is just going to be choked too badly but the 380/380x/960 won't be too bad.
