Can my pc run LoL?
My specs are
Processor: AMD E1-1200 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics
1.40 GHz
Installed memory (RAM): 4.00 GB (3.72 usable)
System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

it will play, but not very well
the amd e1 apus are extremely weak cores with a very weak gpu
