Is the price 999 euro? Does this include MWst?
I will check pc prices in some DE magazines.
i5 6400 is also on the weak side for gaming (slow cores)
get an i5 4460 or i3 6100+
the i3 6100 has 2 cores with ht but clocked alot higher
stock cooler is fine for a locked cpu
or tx3 is cheap, quiet and good enough for a cpu under 100w

One small problem is that the configurations are strange. For example, they have K cpu's coupled with non-K mobo's. Not a major problem though.
This one is 900 euro.

Much faster cpu.
4GB and faster graphics card
But it does not include Windows.
Or for another 100 euro
http://www.one.de/shop/product_info.php?cPath=128_238&products_id=8829
which has a faster graphics card, a mobo than supports overclocking and the latest Tom Clancy game.
Or drop down to

Has 2GB 960 - 4GB would be better.
And compare the prices on partpicker.
The only problem i have with one pc is the quality... i have only heard negative things about that store... The pc looks nice and the specs are also good but idk the quality makes me unsure
The i3-6100 is a budget level cpu. It is similar in performance to the i5-6400 but cheaper.
This site shows benchmark ratings of cpu's and graphics cards.

Click on a chart. Use ctrl+f to find the name of the cpu.
There are slow quads and fast 2-cores. For gaming a fast quad is desirable.
The builds shown here are good choices.
