Monitor blank, keyboard/mouse not working, help?
When I was playing a game, the games graphics went all weird and I got a notification that my graphics card crashed, so I exited out of the game, not thinking of it being that important it as it said my GPU rebooted. 20 minutes later I launched another game and my PC totally restarted (not crashed) and everything worked fine while the BIOS was starting up but after the BIOS started up and going into launching Windows 10 my keyboard turned off, my mouse and my monitor went blank and I couldn't do anything, my computer ran normally but I couldn't do anything. After this I tried to run diagnostics on my PC through Windows 10 [their helpful options when it's not working after BIOS when unplugging the PC] but I kept getting errors, I couldn't even redownload Windows 10 through my PC so I got on my laptop and downloaded Windows 10 on a USB and reinstalled Windows 10 on my PC fine through the USB but after 10 minutes of everything working [monitor, keyboard, mouse] my monitor went black and my mouse/keyboard stopped working. Please help me? I can't find anything like this on any forums.

Specs
Windows 10 64-bit
AMD FX 8350 8 core processor
AMD HD Radeon 7850 GPU

Normally, when you get a driver crash, you'll want to reboot to ensure the driver recovers fully.

Your issue sounds like you may have had an electrical surge or short of some sort.

Turn off and unplug your PC, and look for any dark spots around any connections and check for any burning/electrical smells. If everything looks clear, check all connections. Disconnect and reconnect cables, if needed.

You could even try a different outlet.

When you reinstalled Windows, did you delete all partitions and reformat the entire drive?

What do these errors indicate? Should have an event code attached to the error under Event Viewer.

I don't think trying another outlet is necessary. Everything looks fine inside the PC and smells fine. I did delete everything I could to enforce a new install. The errors I can't remember the code basically wouldn't let me do any safe reboots; but I just overrided it with using the USB stick, I couldn't get into the "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" but I can get into the "Safeboots", I'm not sure what to do now though...

Edit: The error was SrtTrail.txt error.

What was the event ID?
There's no official ID, just when I try to have the startup fix it, it says "C:\Windows\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt" is the cause of my error. Also I went into Safeboot and deleted my GPU driver + monitor driver, the PC restarted doing well for 5 minutes then the monitor went blank and the mouse/keyboard went unresponsive again...

Have your tried running the startupo repair a few times in a row? Try it about 3 times or so.

Have you tried running a check disk and/or file checker?
some sort of driver/hardware issue sounds like the video card but could be any conflict.. Disable Driver Signature Enforcement could help but you said you cant get to it.. when you boot up are you doing it with only mouse/keyboard no wireless usb or any other usb?? also is this tech preview/beta windows 10?? also try chkdsk

edit: chkdsk was already metioned nvm

I have tried to do start up repair like 8 times in a row and still hasn't worked, and I have done the check. I just reinstalled Windows 10 a 2nd time and the AMD driver wasn't installed, I just installed and as soon as it finished installing my monitor went back to black again.
by the way your saying you were gaming and the graphics "got all wierd" it sounds like the gpu overheated and or failed and everytime you install the driver the screen goes black now.. do you have another graphics card or on-board graphics to see if that fixes it?

I do have onboard and I think it was because of an old game, I keep very close track of my PC temperatures [has built in display of CPU, GPU, HDD temps, etc]. I just got this error because Windows 10 crashed after I just got it stable; PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA (atikmdag.sys) now it's having trouble loading... This is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ whack. It's like it's a mixture of my GPU and Windows 10.
"atikmdag.sys" thats part of the display drivers.. again either the card is pooed or wrong drivers everything points to video card..

edit: does it work on default windows 10 drivers?? before you install ati/amds

I'm not sure with the question; when I reinstalled Windows 10, it ran for 50 minutes fine but as soon as I installed the AMD drivers, it immediately crashed.
you downloaded the drivers off the amd site? or did it through windows update/it automatically installed?

Through their website.
I think Fluffy might be right. Borked GPU or driver.

Go through the process of how you install the driver. Tell us what you select on the website as well that gets you to the download. Also, tell us how you install it step by step.

Hopefully, you are just installing the wrong driver or installing it incorrectly.

When I start the PC, I don't even get to the BIOS; monitor and all USB hookups don't do anything. PSU works fine. People and I on other sites believe it's the Mobo.
