For 1500 Dollar you can get a way better pc if you build it yourself. and i hope you know that the gtx 970 has only 3,5 gb of fast ddr5 ram the other 0,5gb are only slow connected. everything else should be fine but you don't really need a 800 watt power supply.
Btw for what do you want to use it if gaming wich games.

Hi!

I'm just going to flick this over to the hardware forum where you can touch antennae with other hardware minded individuals.

Cheers

The PC is too expensive and frankly, I don't trust people who stick one RAM module thus completely ignoring the not-so-recent dual channel technology.
Not my kind of case "iBUYPOWER Revolt 2 Gaming Case".

I wouldn't really recommend this build unless you absolutely need use of an i7 CPU. Do you plan to do more than just gaming on this computer?
1500 for a 970 gtx system is for suckers.
I'm not sure why you want Win7 or a mini-ITX motherboard, but I threw this together on pcpartpicker.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/CWDwGX

It has many of the same components you're getting with that ibuypower computer and it comes out to $1475 without a keyboard, mouse, mouse pad. I didn't take a lot of time to get the best prices, so keep that in mind.
I like the Revolt 2 case a lot. But buying vs building comes down to if you want customer service or do everything yourself. If time is money for you, then buying is a good choice. Someone put the labor for you. If you don't mind self service and troubleshooting yourself, then building is good. Also, building yourself, you DO get better hardware for your money.
At least ask for 2x8GB RAM instead of 1x16B if you want to buy this box.

That build he posted is 2x8GB.
Oh right. This iBuy description can be quite confusing.
