I checked and 38 of them have current stock.
25 have current stock at brick&mortar store locations (walk in purchase)
but yes prices are rising and suppply is drying up.. likely production has ceased to launch 4090ti?
but the 4xxx series is also slowly nearing and stores not want to be left with 2000 euro cards as that happens so more stores move to we order one when a customer orders one.
the rare top models like galax hof and similair top models are indeed sold out but those were limited from the getgo.
If you want one, I would think you'd have it by now. If not, then really who cares. The prices aren't going to come down until future GPUs come out.
also : my 980ti was 700 euro
also my 2080ti was 1600 euro.
a 4080ti has not yet released..
but it likely sits between the 1200 of a 4080 and 2000 of a 4090.
them old prices aint returning.
and its for the better..
better pay 5000 euro and get the card of the exact brand and model you want from a local shop with warranty.
than to pay 2000 euro and have to settle for "any model or brand"
and certainly than to pay 1000 euro but have 2 year waiting lists.

Nvidia have been not been shipping RTX 4090 parts to AIB partners for months in order to tighten supply and therefor keep the RTX 4090 price from dropping. Nvidia want to maintain a premium for their flagship consumer model.
Will they keep this up until the 5090 releases in 12-18 months, I don't see why not, people have demonstrated a willingness to pay top dollar, its the best consumer card available and it has better value for money on a cost per frame basis than lower tier card have.
Why reduce margins?.
I wasn't saying they didn't work for you, and to be clear, you do you. If you like them, use what you want.
I was just saying it caught my eye that someone would describe Thermaltake's history that way, because that's unusual for the reputation they are typically known to have.
Antec and EVGA, on the other hand, are typically considered pretty good on almost all of their units, yes (though I've heard some of EVGA's recent really low end stuff is bad, but I can't comment as I haven't been following PSUs).
