Sometime after the release of the RTX 3060 (which started off with 12GB) they pretty quietly released a 12GB 2060 but finding one cheap isn't really worth the effort because the 3060 is just better
https://www.techspot.com/news/92544-nvidia-quietly-launches-rtx-2060-12gb-800-hard.html
the 2060 isn't "bad" but atleast in the US and Canada
the 2060 is nearly the same price as a RX 6650xt
witch is a much faster card
see for yourself

It’s rather bad value at this moment unless you get it dirt cheap for less than $100.
NVIDIA GPUs don't have as good price/performance as AMD, look at the 6600 and 6700 series cards
What about a 3060?
Or the AMD alternatives mentioned above.
Both 2060 and 3050 are bad value and slow.
I would personally go with 2080Ti from ebay for like $250. It’s faster than 4060Ti and with 11GB of VRAM.
OP also doesn't base out of America, they're in Bangladesh. Good luck finding a 2080 Ti.
