How to make my Steam controller to be like xbox one?

Open up the controller configuration in Steam. The Gamepad template will be closest to an Xbox controller. If you edit the configuration, you can change how the trackpads behave. Joystick is the most similar to right analog stick. As Joystick will also output as a joystick, but makes it feel more mouse-like.

ok, i did it
but when i scrolll with my thumb on a touchpad in joystick mode, camera stops when i get to the end of pad,
with game pad the camera moves in the directin in which im holding my stick on

Joystick and As Joystick are two different modes. It will stop when set to As Joystick. It will continue to move in the direction in which you are holding when set to Joystick.
