is a 5800x along with a 6700xt enough for 750w 80 plus gold?
Hi im going to upgrade my cpu later this year to a 5800x but im wondering if psu can handle it. if it doesnt then ill just get 5600 or any other cpu u guys recommend me?

What? You don't need 5600x. 5800x will be fine for this power supply.

I said it IS sufficient, meaning it is fine, the 750 watt PSU can easily run this system. So no need to get a slower CPU.

Only if you were to get a much more powerful GPU would I discourage using this PSU.

its seasonic focus gold 750w psu 80 plus gold rated is that good.? ive been relying on seasonic since 2019. My little brother has my old 550w same brand psu and it still works for him

These calculators are bogus, it gives unrealistic results.

I even put my system specs into it which comes to around 663W peak according to PCPartPicker which is usually pretty accurate, but the calculator claims it'll use 824W.

Does the same thing but accurately, a lot of sites have these power consumption or bottleneck calculators that are completely off the mark
