mbrola for steam desktop

Is it possible to install mbrola & espeak to steam deck?
I tthink there should be a flatpak for it, however cannot find it in discover?

# Unlock the root filesystem
sudo steamos-readonly disable

# Populated the pacman PGP keyring
sudo pacman-key --populate archlinux holo

# Install the programs
sudo pacman -Sy espeak-ng espeakup

# Enable the espeakup service
sudo systemctl enable --now espeakup.service

# Now reboot

These changes will however be undone every time the system updates.
