I closed all background programs and then shutdown/reboot no more that error. Maybe it was some conflict or something is wrong?

no errors in karhu ram test , maybe try memtest?
Someone on reddit said this to me:"
6800 MT/s isn’t trivial to run on a 4 DIMM motherboard. Run y-cruncher VST and see if you get errors after an hour or two. If you do, bump down to 6600 MT/s and repeat. Lots of info on r/overclocking on this “issue”.

So it can be memory?
But only using 2 dimms shouldn't have this problem. But not all RAM or Motherboard are perfect either. Try using the spec rated DRAM XMP Profile setting. If that proves unstable, return the RAM and get something a little lower in speed
