Build PC, Laptop or buy an iPhone 15 Pro

I had mid - high end PC and had to sell it for unforeseen reason. I regret about that. Now i feel like i need a PC and my current phone (iPhone 11) is having a display issue. But i cannot spend on both at the same time.

What would you suggest?

Desktop can be a PC like you're asking about. Get a PC and a cheap phone......or get a desktop and have the screen on your current phone replaced

This. Samsung has great Entry/Mid-range phones that offer much more freedom than Apple.

The kids at Pine64, are running a cheap "learning" and growing with open source... it looks like a company that a University teacher is running... I don't really want to send money to Fruit phones or Boogle any more... but I respect them for wanting to make a living much like EVERYONE ELSE who need more for clothing, food, a place to live and some kind of a life...

So if I was interested in helping by buying a phone that would help people learn more about personal computers, then I would buy one of those.
