What CPU + Motherboard + Case are you planning to use?
What country?
What is your budget for such a purchase (maximum willing to spend)?
US, AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-core, 24-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor ASUS AM4 TUF Gaming X570-Plus
That will be important factor as far as the fitting of Rad and Fans; if there is proper space/placement for those and such.
Just list some and I'll do it my self.
The msi ones seem to be decent and good value.
Asus offerings have fancy screens and cost a fortune.
I've always found corsair to work and last well.
For real performance though, you want to go with a custom loop.
But also can I ask; is that CPU and Motherboard you are planning to buy or already own?

Look up the models seen above; via YouTube for full video reviews.
Lian-Li and Corsair make some really good stuff.
I'm not to fond of looking towards brands like MSI for an AIO or a PSU.
Case fans are to replace the rubbish and not enough default case fans of Corsair 5000D.
In the end it will be quiet and wont look like unicorn vomited on the Christmas tree.
AIO's simply do not last, hence their pricing.
Most likely a modern day build would outlast and still be a viable PC way down the road after that AIO LC fails you. Where as with a decent air cooler; at most all you have to ever do to it is blow the dust out and maybe replace its fan. Which most air coolers nowa days just use off the shelf Case Fans w/ PWM support.
Old Cases in general are fine, as long as your parts will fit properly and that the Case provides enough Fan placements (120mm or larger and plenty of them) to ensure proper air-flow. If the Case is old enough that it's using 80mm Fans and/or mounts the PSU at the top of the Case; it's time to retire that case. Do not use those for modern day builds.
So my psu in case is at top, why is that bad? I haven't took out the old parts yet.
Okay.
Just buy a more modern Case with bottom PSU mounting and plenty of room to add at least 5 or 6 120mm or larger Case Fans.
These newer modern builds are going to need plenty of airflow or you're going to have thermal issues and hot spots
