Keep existing ram and add 16GB more.
Ensure the same models are installed on slot 1,3 and 2,4.
You'll soon know about RAM issues, random shutdowns, crashes and BSODs. I've stuck with Kingston/HyperX for a while and have always had reliable performance.
But brand loyalty can be a problem, case in point ASUS. But HyperX seems quite good.
As for your listed choices, can you not do better than CL22? Honestly, if forget about CL22 and go for 3600 CL16.
If you're going to the trouble of upgrading with your current config I would avoid CL22.
This calculator can come in handy when shopping for RAM.

Micron, SK Hynix and Samsung, with some other less common ones.
So if you bought Galax branded RAM, it'd have the exact same components as the Crucial one. Where the value differs is going to be in the features (like RGB, overclocking and timings), the materials (does it have a beefy heatspreader?) and the warranty.
If your wallet can't handle filling all the slots at once just buy them two at a time, and fill them in how Irene says. Just make sure they are all the exact same ram sticks.
Iirc, some of Micron's RAM modules are still made in U.S.A.
I seen this above and they have a 6 month chequing debit plan, I did that before on a gaming chair with them
I know the links are in CAD, but I picked up 16GB (2x8GB) of G.SKILL Ripjaws 3200 on 9/10 for $35 USD. Checking my past orders, it's not even available from Amazon anymore and resellers are asking $50 for it.
Yes Walmart and best buy are asking around a hundred or more for both (2x8gb) and (2x16gb)
Currently running Crucial Ballistix Sport LT DDR4 3200 CL16 and very happy with it over the last 3 years.
