Also ensure to go into Windows settings and disable hot keys that could enable Sticky Keys or Mouse Keys options.
If you have hardwares acceleration in Steam enabled try turn that off and restart Steam and re-test again. Also helps to get Library settings to Low Performance + Low Bandwidth modes as well.
Just using Steam client.

I did what you said and tested Skyrim. Although some movements are janky now with my player zerging a bit when opening doors or drawing weapons, the input lag has been reduced. It is still present, however, and the input lag may return. I occasionally manage an hour long playthrough without input lag, rare as that is, so the reduced lag may be a fluke. I'll get back to you after a few more test runs through the week.

Once you are back into Windows after the changes.
Wipe out everything for AMD Drivers/Software.
Do this using DDU app (Display Driver Uninstaller) and select the Safe Mode + Reboot option within the app. Then select Graphics > AMD > Clean and Restart.
Then download + install latest Drivers from here...

I'm in a bit of trouble with the video's instructions. I got an HP with Windows 11, so my BIOS look nothing like the video's. I can't find the CSM to disable. Would it be safe to assume that I shouldn't go ahead with your suggestions until after configuring the AMD Ryzen 7 5700G?
Can still proceed with using DDU to wipe out drivers and install latest ones from AMD
