can i sell graphics card without serial number sticker
i stuck some thermal pads on top and it peeled the sticker off when i removed backplate

Do you have the original box? Should be another sticker on that box. But yes it's not really important. It's to register the card for warranty purposes

The serial number does not have to be present for you to be able to sell it, so yes.
