Literally what Abeds said... Why would you buy a 5700 XT when the Radeon VII gives the same performance when 8GB is more than enough VRAM?
Just return the 5700XT and get your money back, you don't even need it.
Which one do you have?
Have you tried audio different ways to bypass ever using the analog onboard audio? Such as audio via hdmi, dp, or via a usb adapter/dongle to plug in analog devices such as speakers or headset. As these methods would have their own driver and settings amd not use the motherboard onboard audio.
5700xt £100 plus cheaper for what I got the radeon 7 for plus 5700 xt has similiar performance more or less plus it's hotter and louder and I think I got a poor bin that's why I thought why not for the time being.

I've never brought a referenced model GPU is my life
