Question about Ram Memory in HWiNFO64
My Dimm Memory speed says 1600.0 MHz in HWiNFO64 is this correct as they are both 3200 MHz it does say (DDR4-3200 / PC4-25600) after the 1600 bit slightly confusing.

The Memory Clock section also reads (1600 MHz = 16.00 x 100.0 MHz)

I am so confused

DDR = Double Data Rate

1600Mhz x 2 = 3200Mhz

DDR transfers 2 bits per pulse. And for whatever reason more and more people decide to call that MHz including BIOS on boards. The technically correct term is MT/s where a 3200 kit runs at 1600 MHz with 3200 MT/s. Just keep the factor 2 in mind.
