Source 2 in Summer. The requirements will slightly increase.

A 3060 should run source 2 just fine (when it releases in summer)
A 3060 should blow source 1 out of the water
RX 6700XT vs RTX 3060 12GB comparison
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-aCx1BUpQbQ
As the game is on steam and looking up specs posted on steam elude you:
OS: Windows® 7/Vista/XP
Processor: Intel® Core™ 2 Duo E6600 or AMD Phenom™ X3 8750 processor or better
Memory: 2 GB RAM
Graphics: Video card must be 256 MB or more and should be a DirectX 9-compatible with support for Pixel Shader 3.0
DirectX: Version 9.0c
Storage: 15 GB available space
I am very confident the RTX 3060 will work well.
If you installing it on an 18-20 year old machine,, then maybe not as well.
That is the current version of CS:GO and not what CS2 will be.
