A 3060 should run source 2 just fine (when it releases in summer)

A 3060 should blow source 1 out of the water

Heck, for about the same price for certain models of RTX 3060, or slightly more (Amazon pricing), you can snag an RX 6700 XT 12GB which handily beats the RTX 3060 12GB. Be aware that there is an 8GB RTX 3060 which not only has less VRAM than the regular RTX 3060 12GB, it performs worse by about 10-15% IIRC (RTX 3060 8GB vs RTX 3060 12GB).
