New pc - asus tuf 4070 ti GPU red light is always on when PC is off

I ve built new PC with only old gigabyte aorus x570 MB, I have used the new power adapter that was given with new GPU, I plugged everyting correctly - x2 8pin PCIe with adapter and then new 12power to GPU. But red light on GPU is always on when pc is off.

No crashes, no issues so far, but why that red light is always on?

The one next to the power connector, right?
Is the red LED on when system is off and off when system running? That would be normal behavior.

If you want it completely off, you'll have to turn off the PSU.

Green, red, blue. Any other colors of the status light? Some can even be changed :p

As long as the motherboard has no lights going, or that thing is not blinking the status light...

yes its suppose to do that my tuf 4090 is the same way.lights up red when off
nothing to worry about.
