Fire HD 10 tablet can I use it with Echo Dot to program it?

I don't have a smart phone, I use a basic flip phone and can't use it with Echo Dot

I have the following going back 2 years

My Echo Dot been on my book shelve in it's original box for 2 years or more because the app for the PC required a micro phone to set up Echo Dot

I want to use Echo Dot to play my spotify music playlists

I can't use a smart phone because I became addicted to apps, changing app look etc buying albums and games for it and spending a hundred a month or more back when I had a samsung galaxy s5 when it came out 5 years ago or so, my flip phone cell has limited apps and no internet

I only use my tablet to for gaming maps, youtube how to get through puzzles in Games like Assassins Creed Odyssey and it's mirror puzzle and you can watch amazon prime films with it and it has kindle features too

I think it has a app for Echo Dot on it, but does the Fire HD 10 have a mic? or do I need to use a external one?

I got alexa up in running with my Fire HD 10 tablet and it found my wifi and heard me, but playing my linked spotify and trying to get it to play my playlist didn't work, it played someone else podcast channel with my first name Craig a rap podcast instead, not me

I'll be done with paying my computer chair with amazon in 2 month's and then I'll pick up my amazon prime streaming account which includes amazon music again, money's tight now, bankruptcy and all tell October

I asked alexa to wake me up at 7:00 am

I got it working with amazon Fire 10 tablet, I don't use smart phones and have a basic Alcatel flip phone for basic cell call use only, it gets verification code texts only, no internet on it
