No it isn't faster, it's the same GPU with more VRAM. More VRAM doesn't mean more speed, it just means more video RAM capacity so it can run higher settings because of the 8GB buffer vs the 4GB buffer, but it doesn't make it any faster as long as both stay within their buffer limits.
You're better off getting a whole new system, stop trying to save that thing. We're trying to help you and you're just ignoring us, making new threads every other day and asking the same questions over and over when we've given you suitable answers.
1. Buy a better pre-built or have a company like NZXT build a system for you.
2. Learn how to build and maintain your own system and stop making excuses, it's easy.
3. Buy a low watt GPU like a GTX 1650 or RTX A2000.

You can keep the CPU and maybe the RAM from the Victus, and pull the storage drive(s) as well to use in this. If the RAM doesn't work, which HP RAM often doesn't as they have a chip that makes it so it only works in HP motherboards, then you need new RAM, hence the Corsair RAM on the list.
