It is possible, but can't be sure. Black Friday was not good since 2021.

Better to do a whole new system that isn’t by Dell or HP, usually the worst prebuilt brands

I know but look on the bright side tho... You saved up some $.$$$ for a Better PC Already!!!

Even SIs are better than OEMs because you at least get to pick your parts. With OEMs you get what you get, and they cut corners and mass produce.

NZXT acts as a system integrator of sorts with their BLD service, their cases and coolers are pretty good.

Tell us a budget so we can get you the best value. 6500xt is unworthy in every way. Just pretend that it doesn't even exist. What you want is either the rtx 3060 12g or the rx 6700 10g. To me these are the only two cards worth bothering with.

If you're not willing to go at least this far then I would just use the 5600g graphics. And you seem awfully worried about this power supply that you have, honestly, just replace it. You don't need that much stress. Better to just replace it and relax, sounds like a terrible one anyways.

6500-XT is a rip-off, better off with a 6600. Not much more expensive, similar power budget, quite a bit faster.
well r u saying its safe to use a rx 6600 on my pc with 350 w psu?

Should be fine. As someone who has one a 6500xt will rarely if ever exceed 80w, even with a top end OC. The PCIe power is more for show than reality outside of rare instances and spikes.

If you have worries go for the fairly comparable 4GB 6400. It will work for sure.

Edit: See you have the 6400. Then wouldnt look too much at the 6500 just because its not a huge upgrade. But depending on your games might be worth it.

Better to save the money a bit longer and jump to a better PSU if able and a 6600 or the likes.
i cant get a new psu

Look for a mini RX 6600 or RTX 3060/3060 Ti

If it's the HP that uses non standard ATX you can buy a 500W or something meant for their gaming PCs off Ebay
