Check if you have proper airflow in the case
Remove dust from fans (both case and GPU)

With 8 fans.
As for GPU's I buy 3 fan gpus for x80 and x90.
I buy 2 fans for x50 and x60.
For x70 either 2 fans or 3 fans is good.
You still have to clean it but it does not get so dusty as without a filter.
But remember not all gpus are made equal.
You can have two same gpus as me and both may be a tad different.
Also boost differs from game to game.
