MSI Motherboard Questions

Just recently purchased a new custom gaming PC and I choose a MSI MAG Z790 Tomahawk WiFi (D5) motherboard for it. Just had some questions about some features/issues I am having and would greatly appreciate help/input.

The machine came with MSI Center and Signal RGB software. I had opened both when I got the machine and there was conflict errors between the two. I am currently using the MSI Center to control the RGB lighting. Is anyone currently using SignalRGB and if so, are there more features with using it over MSI Center (regarding RGB)?

The RAM RGB (Kingston Fury) stays on after sleep, even though I have it synced in MSI Center to turn off in sleep. Is there a BIOS setting to turn this off?

Lastly, I had enabled the machine to Resume by USB Device for the Wake up Event Setup (wanted to wake the computer by keyboard or mouse). The settings are correct in the Device Manager properties (Power Management). I forced the machine to sleep to test my changes and it immediately awoke and turned back on. Anyone know why this is?

Well for one thing; don't ever use Sleep or Hibernate Modes.
What is even the point? In many scenarios it may never even come out of sleep without a hard reboot needed. Any data loss might even occur as a result.
