Does different CPU have different LATENCY ?

im talking about the ryzen 3600 vs a 5800x3d do they hav differemt latency coz does the cache affect it? i usually play the FPS games and sometimes the latency and pings affects my bullet hitting. ive siince then learnt you you need to keep your GPU under 40% by setting graphic details low and max out frame rates and Vsync set to Disabled. i also tried some server settings and messed around with that. Maybe its just that in this century they changed the matching making so it not witjh randoms anymore , im geting matched with pros and cheetas lol

When it comes to games, latency and ping is directly related to your network connection. It has absolutely nothing to do with your CPU.

Examine your network environment. Your Internet connection, your router, are you connected via a wired connection or wireless? Are you connecting to servers physically close to your location or further away? These are all things that can effect your latency and ping.

Yes the system latency you mention will still be different on the same CPU but different hardware motherboard and drivers etc.

The job of the CPU is to process frames.

If your game is running at 50 FPS (with same 1% lows), either with 3600 or a 5800x3d, both will feel same.
