Can't control fans plugged into ARGB connector

I bought a kedeirs case with 9 preinstalled fans and a hub at the back where they plug in, they also give you a controller to control the colouring of the fan but I cannot link it up to the other RGB things on my computer, they give you a 4 pin connector to plug into an ARGB hub but it does not let me change any affects when I use mystic light. Only the controller works, any solutions? My motherboard is an MSI PRO b650 - these connectors have worked for other ARGB stuff and are currently working for them right now so the board isn't at fault

You said it came with a controller (I'm guessing a remote control); so yea you have to use that for the Case Lighting.
