Any trigger-less controllers on the market?
Are there any controllers on the market without triggers and left analog stick/d-pad not swapped? I’m basically looking for Logitech’s "Rumblepad 2", but a one that is still in production.

PS3 gamepad has this exact settup, but its D-pad is rock hard, completely unusable for fighting games.

So, pretty much any Dualshock style gamepad.

I have the SN30 pro usb[www.8bitdo.com] which has the layout and buttons instead of triggers, and it has a very good quality d-pad - always have it handy in my laptop bag when traveling. Might work for you. I do prefer the pro 2[www.8bitdo.com] connected to my desktop, it's a bit more comfortable with the handles but it does have full triggers and bottom buttons you can program. Same high-quality d-pad...

any modern controller is still better than the n64 or gamecube controllers

Thanks! It looks really nice! I’ll definitely check that out.

Some pros use PS1 controllers with a converter. Not sure if the dpad is not still to hard.

An expensive alternative is ps5 dual sense edge pro controller. There is a switch on the bottom changing triggers to behave like buttons.
