A CPU cannot run anything by itself & neither can a motherboard. If you don't know what you're doing you can end up costing yourself a great fortune in the long run by inadvertently damaging your investment.

However, in addition to what you already listed you will need a case, a power supply, cabling (Ethernet, internal/external sata/ssd/hdd, psu, peripheral, led, mobo mounting kit), cooling fans ([?] air/liquid), router, ISP, monitor, keyboard, mouse, (?) usb controller, speakers, (?) webcam, (?) microphone, (?) overhead lighting, anti-static area/table & straps, pc/small electrical repair toolkit, assembly & setup/installation knowledge and/or training. Or find a local, certified IT professional and give them some business.

Yeah, disable those requirements with Rufus. Should be a current option.

You're very welcome. It's okay these days for folks to realize they don't have to be great at everything but that everyone can be great at something so sticking to what you know and are gifted/talented at is a wonderful thing. It also takes wisdom to stick to a lane and become one of the greats or so I've heard or been told growing up anyways. I just hope I was helpful.

Does anyone know why I have to work around to make windows 11 work on 5900x by bypassing the TPM? This is the only place on the internet that is talking about this...

Microsoft's on a power trip as the market share leader, and lists Trusted Platform Module 2.0 in its previously mentioned system requirements. There's no technical reason it has to have it. since it can be bypassed. It's just a security thing. I bet their insistence has something to do with locking down the user for various D.R.M. schemes, although I'm not sure. Its been a while since I read anything about it.

You might not have to bypass T.P.M. You might just have to enable it in your B.I.O.S. On this page is a list of Gigabyte motherboards which are Windows 11 ready, and thus should have the necessary T.P.M. support[www.asus.com]

If you would rather bypass it instead you can use Rufus[rufus.ie] to modify the .iso download from Microsoft's website and jam it on a 16 gigabyte thumbdrive. Tom's hardware has instructions on how to do it.[www.tomshardware.com]

You can also use Rufus to bypass the account prompt if you would rather not link it to your Microsoft account[www.howtogeek.com], which is another technically unnecessary thing Microsoft forces 'cause again they are on a power trip.

fTPM must be disabled in your case. Some AMD boards have a bug with fTPM that causes the entire system to stutter when the TPM is accessed.
