Make the Steamdecks' exclusive profile bundle transferrable

i bought my 512GB Steamdeck second hand and the previous owner has already claimed the exclusive profile bundle, the previous owner said that if possible, we would gladly transfer the items to my account, but upon contacting steam support i found out the this is sadly not possible.

i think it needs to change because it really impacts the second hand market, i paid for the device and everything it came with but only got some of the things i paid for, and only because Valve does not allow one to do so.

I don't think Valve is that concerned about the second hand market. Buying secondhand means you probably got a cheaper price. Well sometimes there's tradeoffs for that benefit.

The profile is for people who bought a Steam Deck from Valve. Not for anyone who happens to end up owning a Steam Deck. If you want the profile that badly, buy the Steam Deck from Valve. Otherwise accept the tradeoff of buying used and enjoy your Steam Deck.
