Question about RPMS
I am currently using the h150i elite capellix water cooler, I use the ICUE software to manage these fans aswell. So basically those fans are really loud (so loud that I hear it through a noise cancelling headset). When I am gaming the fan profiles are all set to balanced with the pump on extreme (I have also had it on balanced before but it didnt change anything) and the fans run around 2300 rpm (the pump is at 2600) with a coolant temp of 41. While not having anything open and having the fans on quiet (also the pump on quiet) the fans run around 1900rpm while the pump is at 2300 rpm aswell, coolant temp is 40.00.
I was wondering since I dont have a lot of knowledge about the components of pcs, if i should make a custom fancurve and what I should make this curve look like to especially get rid of this loud annoying noise. If there is also something else I could do I would be willing to try it, I have already gone back to the company that build it for me mulitple times but they say that this noise is normal, while I have also tried other pcs with the same components that dont have this issue at all.

I'll hereby also share my other components:

Default fan curves are usually stupid. 1900rpm is definitely not quiet.

what I should make this curve look like

Low on the left, high on the right,

30C 20%
55C 40%
70C 65%
85C 100%

Is what I largely arbitrarily defined, 7000D, Arctic something 420mm AIO blowing out the top, 13900K.

You need to figure out the appropriate fan speeds for your room temperature, components, usage and how much you care about noise.

keep the pump at max
fans 0% at around 60c, to 100% at 80c

I've got two 140 mm intake fans and a 120 mm outake all of which have no PWM.

Never had an issue with sound. Adjusting fan curves seems overly OCD to me for minimal gains.

non pwm fans can still have speed adjust, via dc voltage control
