They were made specifically for am4 boards. They don't work with any other socket.

As for the GPU, if playing at 1080p, will still probably be fine.
If playing at a higher resolution, then look at benchmarks of graphics cards and decide. The Power supply you need will depend on the GPU upgrade you do.
