Who in their right mind would spend $100 on card with same performance as the one they already have.
either it's micron/hynix memory dying or their new connector being a fire hazard
amd exists but their driver support is not there yet and their build quality is better but not by a lot. if you want a silent gpu with a beefy cooler even their triple slot cooled cards, have 80-90 degrees celsius hotspot. when it reaches 80-90 c it will ramp up the fan curve.
intel is not good at the moment.
it's best you do your own research. look up techpowerup, guru3d and gather some basic information about the components.
sometimes you see even a cheap dual slot which is better designed
Can find plenty of 580 8GB now under 120$ USD
Otherwise look at 3060 12GB or 3060 Ti GDDR6X 8GB
If OP bought a used RX 580 4GB, their performance issues wouldn't be solved, because they're still limited to the same 4GB buffer, so while they would get higher framerates, there's a limit to how high they'd be able to go with their settings and what not because 4GB is so little VRAM.
GTX 1070 and 1660 series also aren't faster enough to justify the cost. Surely for not much more you'd be able to get a faster, new GPU with a warranty.
