Origin is now EA?
All my games are gone :\

It always was an EA product.
I'm presuming they are referring to the fact that the Origin application was renamed/replaced by "EA App". Reminds me I've seen three renames/replacements, now.

EA Download Manager > Origin > EA App.

Funny enough, it's gone full circle from being a generic descriptor rather than a name, to an original name, and back to a generic descriptor.

It will just prompt you to download the new EA app.

The EA App can't replace the Origin app as an in-place upgrade.
The EA app has to go to a new folder; which means Games need to be reinstalled that were using Origin.

Both Battlefield 1 and V didn't need to on my PC.

If that is in fact the case for you; great.
However once you have the EA App installed and you see your games are "Installed"
Right click the game and click Repair; just to verify it.
