If you are talking about the iPad pro with M1 chip, it's pretty power hungry.
It's the same M1 chip which comes with the base model Macbook Air and Pro laptops from 2020 and onward.

I think the TDP is around 15 watts when under full load for the CPU cores, and separate 10 watts for its 7 core built-in iGPU.
