All those drivers and software from the laptop maker can be downloaded and installed by the user as needed. Most software however is optional. As long as you have all the drivers installed.
You can always go and download and install those from ASUS website.
By going to the Support page for your exact model of Laptop.
Unless it's branded software for the TouchPad, LED/RGB lighting... you most likely do not need it.
Drivers are different as you actually need those.
I really want to at least try it out and I can't change my gamer light without it (at least that's what google told me). But what does it do anyway? Can armoury improve my fps? I tried this laptop for a spin with subnautica and it runs horrendously on medium setting, like I was expecting more than 30fps. Well I only have one 8gb ram, I'm planning on adding another 8gb, but still I expected more. Is it really because of the ram or do I need to do something else? I don't know much about PC gaming.

select your os and then show all. See if it removes any traces of the old AC install. Afterwards reboot your pc and then try to install AC again you can download it from the same link above.
Windows 11 should usually have at least a base WiFi/Network driver that might be used if you look in device manager and have it search for new drivers on any device that has an ! icon on it.
Otherwise you can find your laptop model on the Asus support page and download the drivers and utilities like armory crate.
https://www.asus.com/us/laptops/for-gaming/tuf-gaming/asus-tuf-gaming-f15/
On that product page click on the support button which should take you to the support page for it.
You'll need to look at the actual model number on your laptop. TUF F15 is a series of multiple models. You should have some label that has the full model number which should be something like FX506LH.
Yes you need amorycrate to change your lights or you will be stuck with the god awful rainbow effect.
I have it installed and it don't make your pc slow. My pc is just as fast as the day I built it 2 years ago. I have a program that I use to monitor my cpu usage and when my pc is idle my cpu stays at 0%.
You could completely dissasemble it, replace various parts, wipe the OS etc.. As long as you return the machine's hardware back to stock when doing any RMA attempt your warranty is still valid.
Now if the warranty is for 2 years and you had for 3 years then the warranty expired. And the warranty is tied to the hardware not the software. That is why warranties cover parts and labor not software because software don't have parts only hardware does. If you take apart your brand new laptop and break something the company is going to tell you you have to pay to fix it or you are SOL. Just like if you drop it and break the screen the warranty does not cover it because the company considers it abuse. The only ports they allow a user to access is the hard drive and ram anything else voids the warranty.
I bought a portable cd player back in the 90's and i dropped it trying to put a cd in it and broke the lid the company told me it was considered abuse and would not repair it unless i paid to have it repaired.
Having a sticker does not automatically mean it is a related to your right of warranty, most of the time it is purely there to check if you opened the device or not. If you broke the seal and then RMAed the device the manufacturer can easily see if you opened the device or not to determine if it needs additional inspection.
The primary exception to this would be no-name made-in-china rebranded Clevo's, but they probably would not honor any warranty in the first place.
You are free to wipe the machine, upgrade it, etc.
Only thing warranty covers is the hardware is shipped with.
OS and Software are not covered in any ways.
