Sounds suspicious as a 3rd party app can't send requests for you to go review another account like this. Not sure what's going on. Unless maybe you have an ESPN subscription through your AT&T account perhaps.

Go onto a known "clean" PC and log into your AT&T account via web browser and ensure everything is OK with your account. Or if fearing an infected device, call the AT&T Support phone number and ask questions and have them review your account this way

Your account needs immediate attention.
Scams need to scare their victims.

Just look at the steam forums about mistakenly being reported and that their account is about to get locked unless they talk to a steam "employee".

And if unsure about a phone number, Google it. Or if wanting to confirm the correct numbers for a company, look up their official website for their services.

As unfortunately it's not hard for scammers to get a legit USA 1-800 number which forwards you to some call center overseas where these scammers reside.

I answered you in "the other forum." I say this because if you search this, you'll come up with similar threads and identical screenshots.. Is there a problem with your ISP payments or something? Others report this pop-up came about because of some account discrepancy.

I know there are a lot of phishing scams out there and the popups look legit. My AT&T mobile password was pwned so I have no bias or anything.

I'm thinking it's legit but to be safe, like I said, call AT&T customer service from a verified number off a mailed correspondence. I would not handle this online out of caution.

Example:

From a google search it is a legit number.

... and cancel the Services immediately by calling AT&T at 1-800-321-2000. ... 60 days of the billing date by contacting Customer Service (1-800-321-2000).
