I have just checked all my disks with CrystalDisk and other useful programs - they all show good states for all of drives... Should be System Memory then. Damn

get the drivers from the mobo mfg site and amd/nvidia/intel
Thermal throttling will do this in classic fashion!
Keep Task Manager open at all times, OP, just to have an easier way to check out the culprit.
Hopefully 6.0 drops and I can get my hardware running Linux again. I would do it, I just have no other machine to compile the code
