Win 11 Screen Mirroring Not Fitting Screen and Refresh Rate Halved

I have multiple Roku TVs that I've tried to screen cast with and all of them have same issues. There's visual over scan on the border of the screen and the refresh rate is locked at 30hz. Is there a way to fix this or is it just a limitation of the technology?

Screen cast with what exactly?

And what are the models of TVs?
A Roku TV is just a generic term. Like Smart TV. It doesn't mean very much.

What is your main goal with using Screen cast?

If it's to mirror your Games to another room, don't use that, use the Steam Link App

If you are mirroring 4K to 4K, then the screen on the TV side will be a little off because most 4K TVs have a slightly different native res then the typical 4K res we use on PC. You should be able to adjust how this fits via your TV on screen menu settings

check the tv settings, make sure overscan is disabled for each input/app
