The number of fans on the GPU really doesn't have anything to do with the motherboard and won't limit which board you use in any way
But beware, majority of small micro-ATX motherboards are poor quality boards. You need to use a board which is appropriate for your CPU, otherwise you may face VRM throttling.
Mostly will come down to...
> Will the Case have enough room for the GPU length
> How many slots is the GPU going to physically use. This usually is only important if trying to use an ITX Board and small case, or if you use any PCIE expansion cards below the GPU on your ATX/mATX board.
> Will my PSU be more then enough and does it provide enough property pinned gpu cables. Such as enough 6+2 pin connections per what the GPU requires.
