What are you looking to do with it? What resolution do you play at, and what frame rate targets are you looking to hit? Are you someone who doesn't accept compromising on settings? For what types of games? What is your budget? And what GPU do you have now (partially relevant because it helps inform on making sure what is suggested is a big enough increase to be worthwhile).
I mean, given the older, mid tier CPU, I can presume you're not something who would mind not having everything on the highest settings, and probably aren't looking to spend four figures on a GPU. But this is still information you need to provide or else we're just guessing.
